General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website https://hollystyle.shop, édité par Holly Style Création.
By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions without reservation.
Products
The products offered are handmade, made to measure, according to the information and measurements provided by the customer.
Each creation is unique: the photographs and descriptions presented on the site are as accurate as possible, but may differ slightly from the final product (color, pattern, stitching, etc.).
Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes.
The micro-enterprise is not subject to VAT according to article 293B of the General Tax Code.
Delivery charges are indicated at the time of order placement.
Holly Style Créations reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.
Order
The customer chooses their product, enters the necessary measurements and confirms their order after verifying the information entered.
Any order that is validated constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and represents a firm and final commitment.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of incomplete information or abnormal behavior from the customer.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are made via PayPal.
All transactions are secured through approved payment providers.
No banking data is stored on the site.
Manufacturing and delivery times
Each item is handmade, made to measure, after payment is received.
The average manufacturing time is 5 to 10 working days, depending on the order load.
In the event of an exceptional delay, the customer will be notified by email.
Delivery
Orders are shipped from France via La Poste in a padded, tracked envelope.
The tracking number is sent to the customer as soon as the shipment is made.
Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination:
- Metropolitan France: tracked delivery within 2 to 4 working days.
- International: tracked delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays related to the postal service or to force majeure.
Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Returns are therefore not accepted, except in the following cases:
- of a proven product defect,
- error attributable to the seller (wrong model, wrong size not conforming to the order).

A suitable solution (repair or replacement) will be proposed.
Responsibility
The seller cannot be held responsible:
- due to incorrect measurements taken by the customer,
- due to misuse or improper maintenance of the product,
- indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
The product is intended for canine use only.
The customer is responsible for verifying that the product is suitable for their animal.
Personal data
The information collected during the ordering process is necessary for its processing and delivery.
They are not transmitted to third parties under any circumstances.

Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
