Refund and Return Policy

At Holly Style Creations, each creation is handmade, with care and according to the measurements you provide.
Each order is therefore unique and personalized, specially designed for your four-legged companion.

Custom-made products and right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, items made to order (custom-made or personalized products) are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

This means that exchanges and refunds are not possible, except in the case of an error on our part or a proven defect in the product.

In case of a defect or error

If, despite all the care taken in its manufacture, your item has a defect or does not correspond to the original order:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt at: contact@hollystyle.shop
2. Please include the following with your message: a photo of the product received, a description of the problem encountered, and your order number.
3. After verification, we will offer you either a repair or, in some cases, a full or partial refund.

Returns are only accepted after prior agreement and only for items with a manufacturing defect.

Returns not accepted

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• The product was made according to the measurements provided but is unsuitable due to a measurement error.
• The product has been used, soiled or damaged after receipt.
• The reason for the return relates to a simple personal preference.

To avoid any errors, a measurement guide is available on the product page to help you take the correct measurements before ordering.

Refunds

In the event of a validated refund:

• The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the order (PayPal).
• within a maximum of 10 working days after confirmation of the return or cancellation.

Return address

If the return is approved, instructions and the exact return address will be sent to you by email.
No packages returned without prior agreement will be accepted.
