par Holly Style Cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions without reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The products offered are handmade, made to measure, according to the information and measurements provided by the customer.<br>Each creation is unique: the photographs and descriptions presented on the site are as accurate as possible, but may differ slightly from the final product (color, pattern, stitching, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Price<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices are shown in euros (\u20ac), including all taxes.<br>The micro-enterprise is not subject to VAT according to article 293B of the General Tax Code.<br>Delivery charges are indicated at the time of order placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Holly Style Cr\u00e9ations reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer chooses their product, enters the necessary measurements and confirms their order after verifying the information entered.<br>Any order that is validated constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and represents a firm and final commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of incomplete information or abnormal behavior from the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment is due immediately upon ordering.<br>Payments are made via PayPal. <br>All transactions are secured through approved payment providers.<br>No banking data is stored on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manufacturing and delivery times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each item is handmade, made to measure, after payment is received.<br>The average manufacturing time is 5 to 10 working days, depending on the order load.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of an exceptional delay, the customer will be notified by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders are shipped from France via La Poste in a padded, tracked envelope.<br>The tracking number is sent to the customer as soon as the shipment is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Metropolitan France: tracked delivery within 2 to 4 working days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International: tracked delivery within 5 to 10 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The seller cannot be held responsible for delays related to the postal service or to force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal and returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns are therefore not accepted, except in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>of a proven product
