Refund and Return Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Holly Style Creations, each creation is handmade, with care and according to the measurements you provide.
Each order is therefore unique and personalized, specially designed for your four-legged companion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Custom-made products and right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, items made to order (custom-made or personalized products) are not subject to the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that exchanges and refunds are not possible, except in the case of an error on our part or a proven defect in the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of a defect or error<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If, despite all the care taken in its manufacture, your item has a defect or does not correspond to the original order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt at: contact@hollystyle.shop<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Please include the following with your message: a photo of the product received, a description of the problem encountered, and your order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. After verification, we will offer you either a repair or, in some cases, a full or partial refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Returns are only accepted after prior agreement and only for items with a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Returns not accepted<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Returns are not accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The product was made according to the measurements provided but is unsuitable due to a measurement error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The product has been used, soiled or damaged after receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The reason for the return relates to a simple personal preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      To avoid any errors, a measurement guide is available on the product page to help you take the correct measurements before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      In the event of a validated refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the order (PayPal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • within a maximum of 10 working days after confirmation of the return or cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Return address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        If the return is approved, instructions and the exact return address will be sent to you by email.
        No packages returned without prior agreement will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
